Elite Constructions Ltd is registered with the Cyprus Contractors Association and upgraded its status to the highest category (A) for Building and Civil works in 2012. These licenses provide a good basis to tender for a considerable number of projects and undertake a variety of projects suitable to its skills and capabilities.

Whilst Elite Constructions has carried out projects all around the island, it has predominantly concluded works in the Famagusta, Larnaka and Nicosia districts.

The company is based in Nicosia and operates from its own premises with a competent engineering and technical team applying internal control systems and methods. The management conducts and monitors the performance of every project to retain consistency and a satisfying result. Highly specialized personnel on site with extensive experience maintains these high standards throughout the projects’ realization.

In return for its hard work and performance, the company has obtained an excellent reputation and rapport with numerous large and prestigious architectural and engineering practices, both in the private sector and with various Government Departments. It has had the opportunity to work with some of the most reputable and prestigious consulting firms in Cyprus.

Carrying out the infrastructure works as well as providing logistical support for the realization of two large wind farms in Cyprus, either being an EPC contractor or acting as the main contractor has been the pinnacle of the company’s activities. Having to coordinate a number of highly specialized subcontractors operating in diverse disciplines and keeping to a very strict and demanding time schedule was proven to be the most demanding task the company had to undertake.
