Elite Constructions Ltd began its activities in 1992 as Elite Developing Co. Ltd following the return of its major shareholder from Africa, where he spent several years, working in various positions in different countries with large international and multinational construction companies.
Commencing its operations under the name of Elite Developing Co. Ltd, the company altered the registered company name to Elite Constructions Ltd, defining its focus and field of expertise. Whilst the company has been registered with the Registration Council of the Building and Civil Contractors from the onset of its contracting operations in 1998, since 2012 the company has been upgraded to the highest level of the Councils registration and is now in category A.
The company was by no means restricted geographically and has carried out works in all the regions of Cyprus and throughout the years has extended the range of its activities to encompass almost all types of building and civil projects.
Apartment blocks, luxury houses and villas, holiday and vocational houses, superb hotels with magnificent external grounds with swimming pools, industrial buildings and warehouses, marine (harbour) works, churches, intricate town infrastructure projects, rural and urban roads, town planning, landscaping and wind farms encompass the range of the projects that the company has successfully concluded.
Elite Constructions has developed an efficient system of project management and control based on the extensive experience of its founding member. It maintains a highly competent office and site personnel with most of its staff members being with the company from its early days.
The company is now concentrated in the development of prestigious and successful properties across the island.
